COMMENCEMENT WEEKEND EVENTS
Mother, Daughter & Grandmother Luncheon Friday, May 24 – 12 p.m.
Senior girls and their mothers and grandmothers are invited to a special luncheon at the home of Mrs. Mary Ann Booz, grandmother of Anna Katherine Dabney ’19. Sisters and aunts are also invited and an invitation will be sent out later this Spring to collect RSVPs.
Reception for International Seniors and Families Friday, May 24 - 3 p.m.
International Seniors and their families are invited to a special reception hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Battle in their home.
Baccalaureate Service Friday, May 24 – 5 p.m.
Seniors and their families/ guests attend this special program of readings and music in Langhorne Memorial Chapel at 5 p.m. Because space is limited inside the chapel, we must limit inside seating to four (4) family members and/or guests for this event.
Senior Dinner Dance Friday, May 24 – 6:30 p.m.
In honor of the Class of 2019, the Senior Dinner Dance will be held on Friday, May 25, 2019 at Boonsboro Country Club from 6:30 – 10:30 p.m. This is a wonderful event for Seniors, their families and special guests, attendance is optional but highly recommended. Read more and RSVP!
Commencement Exercises Saturday, May 25 – 10:30 a.m.
Commencement Exercises begin sharply at 10:30 a.m. We encourage families to arrive well in advance to park and find your seat at least half an hour early at 10 a.m.
Commencement Luncheon - 12 p.m.
Commencement Luncheon for the VES community and all guests begins at 12 p.m. following the ceremony and is located on Box Plaza and in Harrison Dining Room. Graduating seniors may bring up to two guests compliments of the school. Additional guests pricing: $16.00 adults and $ 7.00 for children. Please click here

We ask that those arriving early first fill up the Moore parking lot beside the Van Every Athletic Complex. Guests also are encouraged to park in the First Presbyterian Church lot located at the top of VES Road. Shuttles will run from First Presbyterian and the Moore parking lots to campus.
A special drop-off location is available for guests with physical disabilities. Specific requests for assistance may be made through Margaret Lyle Jones, Director of Special Events at email@example.com
