SMAC Students Study the Enneagram

Chad Hanning's SMAC students are studying the Enneagram personality tool in order to better understand their own personality as well as the personalities of their peers in order to be able to collaborate more effectively. After researching the Enneagram, students identified their Enneagram types, wings, and traits in times of health and stress. This week, a panel of four faculty members including Mrs. Anderson, Mrs. Csatlos, Mr. LaFreniere, and Mrs. Underwood joined the class to discuss their personal and professional experience with the Enneagram. The insights shared by the panelists helped students gain a better appreciation for how the Enneagram can be helpful in collaborative work.
