Blair Gill '25 Plays in USTA “Billie Jean King” Girls’ 16s National Tennis Championships

Congratulations to Blair Gill ’25, who recently played in the USTA “Billie Jean King” Girls’ 16s National Tennis Championships held in San Diego. The annual tournament is considered the most advanced hard-court junior tennis competition in the United States. Of this year’s 224 participants, only three were from Virginia. Blair, who is nationally ranked as a Four-Star Recruit in the Class of 2025, faced opponents from California, Arizona, New Mexico, North Carolina and Maryland. In the singles competition, Blair was narrowly defeated by two other nationally ranked opponents. In the doubles competition, Blair and her partner won their first match before losing in a tiebreak in the round of 64. Amazing job, Blair!
