Students in the freshmen and sophomore classes spent two days at Hat Creek Camp in Brookneal, Virginia, engaging in activities intended to help students get to know each other and bring the community closer together.

Last week, our freshmen class spent the morning serving in the community at Lynchburg Grows—a local sustainable community garden that provides low-cost, organic produce to Lynchburg residents and creates employment for differently-abled adults.
Last weekend was a fantastic celebration of our amazing VES community.
