Golf - Varsity Boys

Each year a team of golfers is selected to play for VES. Our team practices or plays five days a week at Colonial Hills Golf Club. The course facilities include a driving range, putting greens and practice greens for chipping and sand shots.

The Blue Ridge Athletics Conference has the best golf teams in the state and competes on some of the finest golf courses in Virginia. 

Membership on the golf team offers the opportunity to work on individual skills as well as teamwork to compete for a championship. In 2019, the VES Boys Golf Team won the VIC championship along with several individual honors, including All-State recognition.

Some VES golfers have earned scholarships to be scholar/athletes in prestigious programs at UVA, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt and Princeton.
