Cross Country - Varsity

The coed cross country program includes an enthusiastic group of athletes of all skill levels. The passion for the sport is readily apparent in coaches committed to helping cross country athletes reach their potential.

As a team, runners work hard and have fun, frequently engaging in activities that unify the team. The cross country workouts suit the needs of all of our runners to build fitness, strength and speed.

The experiences and memories from cross country will continue well beyond high school due to the strong emphasis on sportsmanship and team spirit.
