Domestic Shuttle Service for Breaks 

Shuttles are coordinated to support student travel for most major breaks. VES drops off and picks up students from parking lots in target cities in Virginia and North Carolina. Dulles airport is the ONLY airport drop-off and pick-up location coordinated by the school. Dates and times are predetermined and the schedule grid can be viewed here. Transportation to the Lynchburg airport (LYH), Amtrak train station (LYH), and the Greyhound bus station is a complimentary service outside of the academic day. All may be scheduled on your student’s Orah pass. We always welcome a phone call to answer any questions and provide support.

How to Reserve a Shuttle Seat

  • Cancellations:  48 hours in advance for a full refund

  • Fee:  $50 per trip/$100 round trip for domestic students

  • Payment: use the Pay Now feature on the website; directions are below

  • Registration: use the student’s Orah pass by selecting the break and desired shuttle

  • Routes:  review break dates, dismissal times, departure and arrival times
