College Reps

Each year VES is excited to welcome college admission representatives to visit with our students and college counseling office, while educating our community on the opportunities available at their school.

Scheduling a Visit to VES

Given the varying schedules throughout the week, we’ve provided some insight into a typical VES schedule below to help pick a time that will be most meaningful to you, our admissions rep! Please keep in mind that the fall comes with occasional schedule changes. We will do our best to keep admissions representatives informed about any changes in our schedule which may affect your time with students.

If you would prefer to meet during the evening, morning, or a time that is not listed below, please contact the college counseling office at collegecounseling@ves.org to see if another time is available.
