Lacrosse - Girls Varsity

​​VES' girls lacrosse program focuses on preparing our student-athletes for that next level, while also instilling a love and knowledge of the game.

Head Coach Maddy Hooper’s daily goal is to make each student-athlete better and emphasizes the importance of energy, support, and hard work. Maddy brings a new style of lacrosse to the Lynchburg area with a focus on fast paced and physical play. Our coaching staff believes in empowering young women to be the best that they can be and feels a team environment is the perfect place to facilitate such growth.

Many of our athletes have gone on to play at the collegiate level and in the past six years we have sent players to Duke University, University of North Carolina, Davidson College, University of Mary Washington, Haverford, Swanee, and Swarthmore.
