VES Tuition 2023-24
- Seven-Day Boarding / Domestic Student: $63,200
- International Boarding Student: $74,100
- Five-Day Boarding Student $53,000 (very limited option for students from the greater Lynchburg area)
- Day Student: $30,600
Financial Aid
VES recognizes that choosing a private education requires a tremendous financial commitment. In an effort to assist families with the costs associated with this choice, VES provides need-based financial aid to families who qualify.
For New Domestic Families Applying Early:
- Submit your Admission Application by December 1

Submit your Parents' Financial Statement (PFS), your 2020 and 2021 IRS Form 1040's, and all supporting schedules through the School and Student Services (SSS) Family Portal by December 1 using school code 7972
Both Admission and Financial Aid decisions will be released by January 10 for those families that have met all of the above deadlines.
