Langhorne Memorial Chapel
Chapel is a vital part of the VES experience. Each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday features a short chapel with a devotional and announcements. On Wednesdays, a traditional Episcopal service is led by Father Dunks, a faculty member, or a student. Music provided by our Glee Club and Vocal Ensemble is a part of the daily service as well.
Langhorne Memorial Chapel was built in 1919 by a contribution from Chiswell Dabney Langhorne, father of Lady Astor who was one of the first benefactors of the school.
